Guarantee versus Fresh?
“Guaranteed is never fresh, Fresh is never guaranteed.” What we mean by this is we cannot guarantee specific type of fish for the following week because we haven’t caught them yet. In our experience, if someone promises to have a specific fish they are not actually fishing or bringing in fresh product weekly. We stand behind our values of only having the freshest fish for our customers.
What type of payments are accepted?
Currently the only options are Cash, Check and Zelle.
Why don’t you accept credit cards?
Credit cards companies charge us and you to use. We do not want our customers to have to pay that fee nor do we want to raise our prices to accommodate them. We strive to keep our prices down and easily affordable for all household incomes.
What is Zelle?

Do you ship within the United States?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer shipping within the United State. This however may be a option in the future.
Can we pick out our own Fish?
Absolutely! We only ask that you do not touch the product due to sanitation regulations. Just simply point to the fish and we will show you which parts you’d like to see on the fish before purchasing it. Our goal is for our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase.
What whole fishes can you fillet?
Only at these markets: Saratoga, Mountain View, San Rafael on Sundays and our store front Marina Fish.

This is free of charge. We do have a cut off time to fillet fish at our markets. So make sure to get there early to reserve your spot!

Absolutely, and again at no extra cost to you. We do have a cut off time to clean the fish at our markets. So make sure to get there early to reserve your spot!
Can we call to reserve a specific fish?
You can only reserve fillets, if we have them in stock. We can not reserve a whole fish or parts of the fish. Because we bring you the freshest fish caught right off our boats, there is no way to guarantee we will have a specific fish or their parts.
How can I get a specific whole fish or parts of a fish?
All whole fish and parts are a first come, first serve basis because they are coming directly from the boats to the markets. Make sure to check out our markets early if there is something specific you are looking for.
